How much will my cake cost?Our custom cakes start at approximately $7.00 per serving. We have a minimum of $150 for custom cakes. Pricing is based on sizing and complexity of design. We do not offer traditional "sheet" cakes. Sculpted cake pricing starts at $200. Standard cupcakes are available with cakes. Pricing start at $36 per dozen. Decoration is priced individually.

How big will my cake be?Below is information concerning the serving size we use for our cakes. Please keep in mind this is based on an industry standard. We are not responsible for improper cutting procedures. A "cake care" guide can be provided to assist in cutting and serving your cake. 6 inch- 10 servings 8 inch- 20 servings 9 inch- 30 servings 10 inch- 35 servings tiered cakes (common sizes) 5/7 inch 20 servings (subject to order minimum) 6/8 inch- 30 servings 6/8/10 inch - 60-65 servings

How do I place an order?Orders can be placed using our information request form or sending an email. We will contact you within 1-2 business days (Tuesday-Saturday) to discuss your needs. Once a quote is provided, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer is required to confirm your order. Special occasion cake balance is due 14 days prior to your event. Wedding balances are due 21 days prior to the event. Orders placed 14 days in advance or less, when available, require full payment at the time of order.

Do you offer delivery?We offer delivery for special occasion cakes within a 50 mile radius. Delivery within Vallejo/Fairfield/vacaville is included. Delivery outside of those areas is $1.00 per mile (calculated one way), plus tolls. This delivery fee includes transport of the cake, placement on the table and arrangement of flowers. I will also arrange customer provide table decor. Set ups such as cupcake stands/dessert tables, will require and additional set up charge in addition to delivery.

How long do dates remain available after I submit a request?Availability is subject to change at any time. No date is confirmed until deposit is made.

Do you offer tastings/consultations?Yes, we offer cake tastings for orders of 75 servings or more. We serve our most requested cake flavors at our consultations. Tastings are arranged by appointment and there is a $40 fee. Payment is required in advance to schedule an appointment. We will apply the tasting fee towards your final balance if a cake priced at $500 or higher is booked. We offer a complimentary wedding cake tasting to clients who book a wedding cake priced at $375 or higher in advance of their tasting. Booking the cake requires a 50% non-refundable deposit based on the estimated cost of the wedding cake.

How early should I place my order?You should contact us to place your order as soon as possible. We sometimes are booked months in advance. Contacting us early ensures our availability. We ask for at least 2 weeks in advance (availability permitting) for custom orders. Typically, we do not accept custom cake orders less than 1 week in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?Due to the limited number of orders that we accept per week, your 50% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to reschedule, we will apply your payment to an order within 90 days, schedule permitting.

Will you duplicate a photo that I provide?We are willing to use photos provided for inspiration, however, we will not duplicate exactly, another artist's work. We prefer to use your theme and our style to create a cake that represents you.
